    I paid for an upgraded account for my sales job. I spent hours preparing for this weeks routes in my territory. I am sitting at home trying to print out the prepared routes saved in my account to go to work. I am unable to log in. Support has responded only by email with a reset password, but it does not work. Support is not very helpful. There is no way to contact them on phone. I am very frustrated.
